"Anytime I call my agents from State farm they are thorough, they're quick, they're helpful, and they're friendly. I just spoke with Ashley today, she took care of a problem that had been weighing on me which turned out to not even be a problem at all. Thank you very much Ashley and Lee Hudson my insurance agents for State farm That that previous post must have been the last time I renewed my auto insurance and I actually never hit post. Wow sorry about that. However, the good news is is. I just renewed my auto policy and as stated the prices are excellent, especially for me. I am not the best of drivers. I will admit and I have had quite a few citations and points against my driver's license. However, my price is on my auto insurance has not risen as much as it was a year ago with no citation. So I love going through Lee. They find the best deal. They're fast. They're convenient. They don't mind running quotes a hundred different ways for you to find out which best fits your life and your pocket five stars. Thanks guys, now make sure I hit post"

"I’ve never failed to receive the help I needed when I would call the office. And it was always given in a kind tone of voice with what sounded like a smile and a good attitude. The customer service is just phenomenal. It’s hard enough to get a real person on the phone these days much less one who provides good customer service. My price has gone up probably like everyone else’s has, And I decided to check around and see if I could do better on the price… Guess what? "I recently experienced a vehicle “meltdown” on a busy highway, in the middle of the road with no where immediately to park on the side. Truck ended up being towed. I called State Farm and spoke to a very, pleasant and knowledgeable agent at Lee Hudson State Farm. Her name is Brianna and she knew exactly what I needed, answered all my questions and we were getting it done. I have spoken to several agents at this location and have been very pleased with them all!!"
